  • To pay for your reservation, you can use a credit or debit card over the phone, or follow a payment link sent via text or email.

    Please note that your reservation is not complete until full payment is made and you receive a confirmation. If you have made a payment and haven't received a confirmation within 4 hours, please contact us immediately.

  • We do not provide car seats for children and cannot guarantee that our vehicles will have compatible seating configurations. Please call in advance to confirm availability.

  • It's important to note that there are currently limited rideshare services or rental car options available within Denali, Alaska. Moreover, the popular ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are not yet operational in the Denali Borough.

    Recognizing the need for reliable transportation for guests visiting the beautiful Denali National Park, we have taken the initiative to offer stress-free booking, punctual pickups, and friendly rides with knowledgeable and safe drivers who also serve as guides.

  • Yes! As a locally owned business, we have a deep connection to the Denali community. Supporting us means supporting the local economy and getting the personalized attention you deserve.

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance are eligible for a partial refund less 10% processing fees.

    Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance are not eligible for a refund. Please contact Denali Transportation Service as soon as possible to reschedule, free of charge and subject to availability.

  • Our knowledgeable and friendly team of guides are passionate about Denali, and they're ready to share their expertise with you. Gain insights, stories, and insider tips as you embark on your journey through this majestic wilderness.

  • If you miss your scheduled departure time, we will try to reschedule your trip as soon as possible, based on availability.
